We have invested in a whole new independent system for letting our customers and clients directly track where each of their shipments has arrived. These records will remain in our databases forever. Customers can always come back and check the history of records for each shipment with a simple tracking number.
The Feature
The Track&Trace feature is tailored as per the needs of our customers and our own teams–simple, and with details.
It is not only the technology that is significant, but the trained staff in each spot of transits and shipment activities will make it much easier to give on-time updates to the customers without any delay. Our system all over the world is connected to the internet and the updates will happen real-time.
This Track & Trace feature is not only useful for the customers. Imagine the accuracy, even Grand Path team and our agents will depend on it to cooperate with each other.
How It Works?
Just right after the loading instructions are given to us by our customer, a tracking number for the shipment is given to the customer, which makes it possible for the customer to come to our website and look for that number with the Track & Trace button on the top of our page.
The customer will see a detailed history with the current status of the shipment.
