Overview
Through our customer portal we provide all the customer-related documents electronically and have given our customers access to all their documents with easy login. This will create transparency and on-time coordination between Grand Path and our customers.
Included Documents
What we provide on our portal is each service-related documents that were generated during the process of implementation by Grand Path including Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain. Added to that is all the customer invoices, statements, estimations, and quotations given by Grand Path to the customer.
The Benefit
These are all provided as free service added to the core services for the purpose of our transparency with the customers, and customer satisfaction and easy reference for these documents, in case required by the customer.
